UPWARD CURVE
School Shows

20 to 24 _ 27 to 31 October

Upward Curve explores the confrontation of the image with those represented in it, using image supports and devices associated with the affective universe of the family.
Curva Ascendente is an intimate-sharing. A family encounter.

In my house, there is a grandfather Armindo and a great-uncle Fernando, who recorded my family’s memories, now revisited by me. At Casa da Imagem there is a photographer, who is also a poet – Mr. Teófilo Rego…

Especially for you, Mr. Teófilo Rego will adapt the show Curva Ascendente so that he can demonstrate that his Museum of photographs is also a Garden of Stories.

The photographer who is also a poet, loves nature, spends his time going to the park to see and talk to the trees and other beings that live there. Whenever he can he takes a picture.

One day, in the silence of his heart Mr Teófilo Rego started talking about things of the planet, about people and about love. Such impressive things that he decided to share with you now. Things that can stay registered forever in your memory, important tips to protect the environment.
Come to Casa da Imagem to learn and listen to its stories while having fun on a journey of images and words.
