Unknown creatures were sighted in several schools in the municipality of Vila Nova de Gaia in July and August, but they were not considered dangerous, quite the contrary.
During the holidays, Gaia’s children had the opportunity to have fun and learn at school with Gaia Aprende+ project’s summer activities. The youngsters had the opportunity to create unique monsters and their fantastic habitats, discovering important concepts of sustainability and environmental conservation in the artistic workshops developed by Casa da Imagem.
The joint imagination of the classes and their instructors Mário Antunes, Irene Loureiro, Inês Soares, Mariana Oliveira and Sofia Pinto led to the release of these critters into the wild, where they will be able to play and frolic freely.
