With FPCEUP at APPACDM in Porto, we held two Focus Groups, with a group of carers and a group of people with intellectual disabilities, who generously shared their experiences and reflections both as users and in the support they provide to those who use social media.
Over the course of two conversations, we mapped out professional and personal challenges, strategies and possible practices.
