“Rocha Artes Gráficas”: printed posters’ inauguration

On May 28th at 4pm, the exhibition “Rocha Artes Gráficas: printed posters” opens at Casa da Imagem.
With this exhibition, we show a relational spectrum of a familiar typographic company founded in 1895, whose history, until mid 2000, goes through a connection to the development of design and communication image in Portugal. In this set of posters we find records of museological institutions, festivals, textile industry, associations, cultural celebrations, among others, that indirectly tell a social and economic journey of Culture and Arts.
We invite all those who are interested, curious and people who have previously had contact with this place to cross memories of what it was and what this collection may prove to be.
